In the 1950s, the hunting boot was introduced to new leather. It was named “Irish Setter” after a hunt with a hair color similar to a reddish brown leather. The Irish Setter became nicknamed “Setter”, today this boot is made just like the “Classic Work” and continues to be made in the same way that time at the time at the same time at the Redwing Company in the US factory.
